NOTE: After the selection and the approval of artworks, artists will need to follow the guidelines.

• If the artwork is done on paper, then it should be framed properly. 

• In case of stretched canvas, framing is not necessary.

• For photography, framing is mandatory with required mountings. (try to avoid glass over the frame)

• Two hooks should be attached on the back side of the frame on both the sides so that it can be hanged with the help of strings.

•  Artists will have to submit their artworks within declared time on that particular date at the proper location.

• The artists from the other state/country will have to courier their artworks to the respective location one day before the exhibition.  

• It is mandatory for the artists to be present at the exhibition hall on the day of inauguration in order to receive their respective brochure, memento, certificates, etc.

• On the first day of exhibition, artists will have to reach to the gallery thirty minutes before the inauguration.

• Name tag and adhesive will be provided by the authority. Artists will have to be there to fill the name tags.

• We also provide brochure, catalogue, memento, certificates, media coverage and food packets to each and every participants.

• On any sale of artworks from the gallery, the authority doesn't charge any kind of commissions.

• On  the last day, it is necessary for the artists to come and take away their artworks after the exhibition ends. If he/she is not able to come due to some serious circumstances, they can send anyone to take away the artworks on their behalf.
